I liked it, not because what was said was well...true, but because it's not as much of a parody as it is just a big "fuck you" to the creators of the other cartoon.

The only one who was glad when brother died? It was a great movie, but I personally didn't like the character of Brother, he has no real personality, just that of a...well...brother. I would recommend making him a little more believable, but you did a great job of making the audience feel sad for him when he dies, I just found the villain more interesting.

The animation is to-notch by the way, keep up the great work, just work on character development a little more and it'll be absolutely perfect :D. Even with the character of Brother I still give it a 10/10 5/5.

I agree with Moltimert all the way, this could be a whole lot better if it had an ounce of creativity in it, hell the cartoons I made back when I was 14 are better than this, and I drew them in Microsoft paint and animated them in Windows Movie Maker. I suggest next time putting more thought into your work.
